Food Labels – Ετικέτες Τροφίμων

Our team has made a research on product labels on food which are available on the market.  More specifically, we have focused on the way consumers should read the labels of the products they buy and the ingredients they have.

As far as salt is considered, we have reached to the conclusion that the consumer has the ability by consulting the product label to find out the percentage of the daily amount which is necessary for the human organism, in order to be able to know what is the amount of salt left to take from other products and not to overcome the limit per day.
