We collect blossoms from our flours in the schoolgarden
only the ones you can eat
and dry them on very low heat in the oven till they are really very dry
(can take a couple of days)
Now the dry blossoms become mixed with salt
We put the blossom salt into little bottles.
The bottles our teachers have briught back from the comenius visit in Italy in May J
… ready iy our blossom salt.
It is for cooking and decorating food plates (not for bathing ;-)
